Join a leading biopharmaceutical company as a Change Manager!

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme within a global clinical operations environment. This role will focus on driving the successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working across a large-scale business transformation initiative.

Contract Details

  • Location: Cambridge (hybrid – once per week on-site)
  • Contract Length: 12 months (with visibility to extend)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation and embedding of change activities across a large-scale transformation programme.
  • Create high-quality change management content and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Partner with programme and project teams to ensure change activities are aligned with programme objectives.
  • Monitor and measure change adoption, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and best practices.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments.
  • Experience in a business-related or scientific discipline.
