Join a leading biopharmaceutical company as a Change Management Lead!
Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to play a critical role in a large-scale global transformation programme within Clinical Operations. This position will focus on leading the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working across a complex, multinational environment.
Contract Details
- Location: Cambridge (hybrid β once per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 12 months (with visibility to extend)
- Rate: Β£550 per day LTD/Umbrella
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the change management strategy for a large-scale global transformation programme.
- Partner closely with the Business Programme Lead to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and adoption across the programme.
- Coach senior leaders and stakeholders on change management best practices and effective stakeholder management.
- Assess and manage change impacts across a diverse, international workforce spanning multiple countries and cultures.
- Develop and implement change interventions, communications, engagement strategies and adoption plans.
- Build strong relationships with SMEs, project managers and business leaders to drive alignment and programme success.
- Monitor change readiness, adoption and benefits realisation, ensuring the programme delivers sustainable outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Experience delivering change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven leadership experience in complex, global environments with significant stakeholder impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior executive audiences.
- Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Operations or a related industry.
- Experience supporting global transformation initiatives affecting large, geographically dispersed populations.
- Strong understanding of the people side of change, including organisational adoption, engagement and behavioural change.
- Ability to operate confidently across diverse cultures and environments while building trusted relationships at all levels.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within Clinical Operations, Study Management or related pharmaceutical functions.
- Knowledge of Clinical Research Associate (CRA) operating models and clinical trial delivery environments.
- Formal Change Management qualifications and experience applying recognised change methodologies.
