Your new company is a local government organisation looking to recruit a number of temporary Welsh speaking customer service officers to assist with a busy period!
Your new role involves slotting into an already busy team, assisting with a high number of calls from customers of the organisation. Utilising your fluent Welsh speaking capabilities, you will confirm service signposting, user diagnostics, and assist with general enquiries. You will be responsible for the accurate recording of data and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You will need to have a confident telephone manner and relish working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have a positive attitude and be able to multitask effectively to achieve a desired outcome.
- You will be a people person and be able to communicate fluently in both English & Welsh.
- You will have good IT skills and be able to use MS Office to a basic level.
- You must be available from the end of January for an anticipated 5 months.
- Due to the nature of the role, it is subject to passing a DBS check.

- Full-time hours, Mon-Fri available based in Caernarfon.
