Your new company Hays is currently recruiting for a hybrid BA/PM role with a leading bank, to support on a general ledger implementation in the strategy arm of the business. If you\’re an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager, with demonstrated experience in general ledgers and data-migration projects within Tier 1 banks, then we want to hear from you. Hybrid (3 days in office in Canary Wharf) Rate: Approx £700/day inside via Umbrella Your new role and what you\’ll need to succeed Our client is seeking an experienced BA/PM, so you will possess demonstrated success in similar hybrid roles within enterprise banking (or similar financial services) environments. Your stakeholder engagement skills will be exceptional, with an ability to wrangle disparate business areas and get everyone working towards the same goal. In-depth understanding of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and similar finance functions/tools – ideally with previous experience on a general ledger implementation. A background in financial services and banking, with at least 5+ years working as a Business Analyst/Project Manager within complex financial institutions. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery, from detailed implementation planning to go-live and operational readiness. What you\’ll get in return You\’ll be offered an initial 6-month contract on a multi-year program of work, and exceptional view to extend.
