My client is a high-profile consultancy who are partnered with an instantly recognisable firm to recruit a Business Analyst with change management experience to join a business-critical programme.

Must haves:

  • Demonstratable experience as a business analyst with working knowledge of change management and strategy within large, complex organisations.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, with the use of agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with Jira and associated tooling.
  • Ability to provide reporting and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with previous experience of change impact assessments, process mapping and requirements gathering (As is, to be).
  • Strong analytical approach with a strategic mindset.
  • A positive, proactive delivery-focused approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in a Health and Safety environment in Utilities / Energy / Construction / Engineering / Transportation.
  • Flexible approach towards hybrid working, including probable travel to site locations.

Nice to have:

  • Business Analysis certification.
  • Digital products experience within Health and Safety (H&S).
  • Direct experience of change management (preferable with digital product adoption).
  • Experience in providing training towards the adoption of new processes.
