This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation who need ongoing temporary administration support. This position will be for a minimum of 6 months and requires an immediate start in March.

Due to business growth, our client is keen to bring in some long-term temporary admin support. This role is immediately available to start and is available for 6 months or more (this role could become permanent subject to the discretion of the business but is initially a temporary role and therefore we ask that applicants are available to start work with immediate effect and not be on notice).

Your new role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and gain some invaluable commercial administration experience. The post will report to the Sales Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support across the business and in particular to the Sales Team.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this upon application or have recent / 6 months admin experience.

Duties will include:
  • Admin support to the Sales Team
  • Answering phone calls from customers and providing information and updates on deliveries
  • General reception tasks - taking messages, transferring of calls or providing information, meeting and greeting visitors to site
  • Support to the Sales Team producing basic quotes on CRM, data entry and maintenance of the CRM
  • General office duties, stationary orders etc
  • Use of CRM and MS Office
What you'll need to succeed:

The successful applicant will have ideally held a similar role recently or have recent admin experience. You must be able to start work on site in S20 immediately due to the nature of the role. Good working knowledge of MS Office is required.
