Your new role

  • Attend and actively contribute to internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with data confidentiality requirements and GDPR compliance.
  • Identify potential non-compliance issues within established processes and escalate them to the Exam and Results Services Managers.
  • Resolve service tickets proactively and efficiently, meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Highlight and escalate any significant issues or incidents to the Exam and Results Services Managers.
  • Assist in resolving major issues and incidents as needed.
  • Identify emerging trends and support their investigation and reporting.
  • Take ownership of proactive and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with coordinators and managers to complete root cause analysis for incidents and significant issues.
  • Work in line with exam and results service SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support the Fulfilment and Operational Delivery teams in maintaining effective control of exam and results services to achieve key internal and external KPIs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits when required.
  • Provide support with incident management within the Fulfilment and Operational Delivery team.

  • Regular communication with stakeholders to exchange relevant information and activity updates.
  • Consistent achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Sustained reduction in exam service data flow errors, with minimal incidents in relation to data flows.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time results through data flows.
