Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and providing expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and compliance with building regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting building inspections and surveys to assess and identify defects.
- Preparing detailed reports, including recommendations for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.
- Advising clients on building safety, regulatory compliance, and construction standards.
- Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and leasehold matters.
- Providing cost estimates for repairs and refurbishment projects.
