Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and providing expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and compliance with building regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting building inspections and surveys to assess and identify defects.
