Leadership opportunity for experienced Building Surveyor at a consultancy in Liverpool.
Your new company:
You will be working for a Liverpool based consultancy that was founded in 2003. The firm has offices in Manchester and London with teams comprising of chartered building surveyors providing surveying services to key clients predominantly within the education sector. The consultancy has grown into a multi-disciplinary practice offering end to end services with every member of the design team in-house allowing for greater control on projects over a wide range of services across several sectors. Projects vary in complexity and value, they deliver anything from a £200k roof replacement to £10 million new build schools and colleges.
Your new role:
In this role you will be involved at all stages of the project, from initial survey and inspection through to delivering contract administration, specification and design. You will be responsible for managing the Liverpool office and will support in training and developing graduate building surveyors and further team growth. The work is predominantly project work, however you may be required to complete some professional surveys.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be a confident Building Surveyor with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
- You will have experience of design, specifications, contract administration and ideally will have experience of completing professional surveys.
- You must have a B.Sc. in Building Surveying - MRICS is preferred but not essential.
- APC support is provided if this is a route you are keen to pursue.
What you'll get in return:
- Salary £50,000 - £70,000
