Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for a Building care taker to join a well-established organisation within the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
Your new roleYou will be responsible for carrying out a range of low-level maintenance and repair tasks to help ensure buildings and facilities remain safe, clean and well maintained.
Duties may include: Painting and decorating touch-upsFurniture assembly and minor repairsAssisting with site upkeep and housekeeping dutiesSupporting contractors when requiredWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious maintenance, care taking, facilities or handyperson experiencePractical DIY skills and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and manage your workloadGood communication skillsReliable and punctual approach to workWhat you'll get in return?
