What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or a primary setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and child development.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young learners.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working within a team.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
