We are seeking Engineers to support the Project Manager onsite for client’s Windows 11 Laptop Refresh. Responsibilities include deploying new Windows 11 devices, configuring laptops, and providing hands-on support to end users, resolving any setup or post-deployment issues.

Location: Bristol BS34 8JH

Contract: 08 June 2026 – 12 Aug 2026

Pay Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 PAYE OR £25.75 per hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops
  • Provide onsite user support during device refresh
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Ensure smooth transition with minimal user disruption

Requirements:

  • SC Clearance
  • Experience with laptop deployments and Windows OS
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
  • Ability to work onsite and follow project timelines
