What You'll Be Doing
- Providing personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
- Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans

- Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and smooth transitions
What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs (highly desirable)
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential)
