Paying up to £500 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working (On site 3 days per week), 6 Month Contract, To start ASAP.

You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to drive high quality delivery across analytics, data engineering, and self-serve reporting teams. You will lead a cross-functional squad, keep work flowing smoothly, and ensure clear alignment and consistent outcomes. The role involves removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum while supporting key initiatives such as automated reporting, data platform re-architecture, and improvements to BI and self-serve reporting. You will also help standardise processes, uplift delivery practices, and enhance overall quality across the data estate.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager within data focused teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex technical work across multiple parallel streams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methods tailored to data engineering and analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (ideally GCP), pipelines, CI/CD, and BI tools such as Qlik, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working within telecoms would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience working with third parties.
