About the Role:

We’re recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a Facilities Management (FM) temporary desk within our Construction & Property business in Bristol. This is a new desk opportunity, created as part of a strategic expansion of a successful London-based FM operation into the South West. Demand already exists in the region, with roles currently being serviced. This hire brings ownership, local market presence and growth focus to a desk with proven client need and strong foundations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and developing a Bristol-based FM temp desk within Construction & Property
  • Recruiting management-level FM professionals including: Facilities Managers, Operations Managers, Building Managers, Estates Managers
  • Management-level interim roles typically starting from £300+ per day, scaling to £600+ per day
  • Working with clients across: Corporate HQs, Law firms, Large estates, Major commercial organisations
  • Developing long-term client relationships and key decision maker networks
  • Leveraging an existing candidate database and established senior client relationships
  • Making high-quality KDM placements to secure repeat and future business
