What you'll be doing:
- Retailer & customer case handling - managing requests across portals, CRM, email and phone, ensuring every query is progressed within SLA.
- Market transactions - processing and monitoring bilateral and CMOS activity, resolving data mismatches and system issues.
- Cross-team coordination - working closely with operational, billing and field teams to meet regulatory and operational targets.
- Data accuracy - maintaining correct property, address and billing records following investigations into alterations, disconnections, unauthorised use or supply status changes.
- Work order management - raising, tracking and closing work orders and investigations to keep everything moving.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in a regulated, data-driven or operational environment.
- Confidence working with multiple systems and resolving data issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with retailers and internal teams.
- A methodical approach, with the discipline to meet SLAs and maintain audit-ready records.
