Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding maintenance requirements for procurement, equipment and Health & Safety matters, ensuring agreed actions are completed.
Support the Facilities Manager and wider team in delivering departmental objectives, including coordinating facilities staff and temporary labour.
Assist with Health & Safety tasks, including statutory checks, inspections and related documentation.
Work across multiple locations, including providing support to the other Facilities Management team when required.
Coordinate contractors and temporary labour, logging and tracking tasks while ensuring service providers meet required standards.
- Previous experience in a Facilities environment.
- Strong organisational and resource planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A clean driving licence.
- Flexibility to support occasional out of hours work and emergency call outs.
