Review statutory accounts prepared by junior team members. Oversee the preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax returns. Lead client meetings and present financial results and recommendations. Support clients with business planning, cash flow forecasting and profitability analysis. Identify opportunities for additional services and business development. Support Partners with advisory and strategic projects. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and firm procedures. Assist with the recruitment, training and retention of staffWhat you'll need to succeedACA or ACCA qualified. Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
