We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and collaborative Payments Team, supporting the smooth running of accounts payable, supplier payments, expense processing and financial is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance or accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service and strong stakeholder relationships are key.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and resolving queries promptly.
Processing staff expense claims and payment requests.
Assisting with month-end and year-end finance processes.
Helping train and support new team members where required.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable or transactional finance role.
Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
Experience working with integrated finance systems.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and controls.
Experience handling supplier relationships and reconciliations.
AAT studies or another accounting qualification.
