Your new company Hays are supporting a charity based in north Bristol recruiting a permanent 3rd line IT engineer. The role is paying a salary up to £38,000pa depending on experience and offers hybrid flexible working, typically two days on site.

Your new role & what you'll need to succeed: In the role, you will join the team responsible for managing a secure, stable and available IT infrastructure. You will act as an escalation point for the 1st and 2nd line engineers and be involved in working on interesting project-based IT work. To be considered for this role you will need experience in a similar 2nd / 3rd line IT support role with some project-based exposure. You will need good communication skills and be able to deal with stakeholders at different levels of IT ability. You will need experience with the Microsoft stack, including Entra ID, Azure, Exchange and Defender. Experience with Windows server technologies is important, as is PowerShell scripting. Basic networking and MDM are also desirable.
