HR Talent Advisor
6 Month Rolling Contract (with possibility of permanent role)
Remote Working (occasional on-site requirement when necessary)
We are looking for a Talent Advisor to join our client to provide a Resourcing service to the business, HR Team, people managers and maintain Recruitment processes, practices and systems to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality employees, in line with agreed SLAs.
Your New Role:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services to hiring managers, ensuring SLA compliance and a positive customer experience.
- Provide first-line HR and resourcing advice, resolving complex recruitment queries and offering recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process from attraction through to offer stage.
- Lead attraction and selection activities, including advertising, sourcing, headhunting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure high-quality candidates and fulfil hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate communications, providing feedback, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including right-to-work checks, qualifications verification, and recruitment administration.
- Support HR and business projects such as mobilisations, redeployment, redundancies, demobilisations, and temp-to-perm initiatives.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous work experience in a fast-moving, target focused environment
- Proven strong experience of recruiting in-house or within an RPO across a technical function
- Able to use job boards and CV databases to search for candidates and identify the right skills and experience
- Experience of designing and facilitating assessment centres
- Experience in negotiating and successfully dealing with candidate counter offers
- Team player in both own team and across virtual teams
- A strong communicator who is resilient with high customer service focus to manage upwards to very senior levels
