Your new role
We are looking for a Baby Room Leader to join our team at our nursery in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting and promoting children's early education and development
- Planning and providing effective care
- Making accurate and productive use of assessment
- Developing effective and informed practice
- Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
- Working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a nursery setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
