We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, growing organisation with offices in Brentwood, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys adding value beyond the numbers - driving insight, improving processes, and supporting key business decisions.

You will play a critical role in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Delivering financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance insights
  • Leading month-end and year-end processes
  • Managing VAT, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
  • Supporting cost control and efficiency initiatives
  • Producing financial models and reports (Excel, Power BI)
  • Driving process improvements and automation
  • Handling intercompany transactions (GBP & EUR)

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills with modelling capability
  • Power BI (beneficial)
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, Navision, Dynamics 365, SAP
  • Qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
