Your new role
As a BREEAM Assessor, you\’ll play a key role in driving sustainability across a range of commercial developments. You\’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting BREEAM assessments and preparing certification documentation
- Advising project teams on sustainable design strategies
- Staying up to date with evolving BREEAM standards and regulations
- Liaising with clients to align sustainability goals with project outcomes
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations for best practice
What you\’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience as a BREEAM Assessor
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sustainability principles
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant environmental or sustainability certifications are highly desirable.
