Hays Enterprise Solutions deliver Total Talent Management for this exciting and prestigious client, covering internal and external permanent recruitment (RPO), contingent labour (MSP), and a wide range of consultancy services, including DEI, assessment, and workforce planning.
As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with exec and divisional business leaders, TA, HR, and hiring manager communities to ensure the delivery and ongoing evolution of the talent agenda.
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will provide expert advice on resource, future skills, and workforce planning, deploying people and technology resources across internal, external, and contingent talent.
Key Deliverables:- Develop strong relationships with exec and divisional business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders in the business for workforce planning, demand management, and strategic alignment.
- Successful creation and delivery of an engagement map in accordance with the goals of the client plan.
- Provide specialist expert advice, support, and recommendations to key stakeholders on specific market conditions including competitor activity, employer trends, skills availability, demographics, DEI, and salary surveys.
- Ensure that all SLA targets are met, as per the account contract.
- Identify development opportunities and work with the leadership team to solution and implement growth strategies in line with the key account management plan.
- Directly oversee a small number of high-profile Senior Manager vacancies, supported by sourcing partners, within the Tech industry.
- Ensure adherence to Hays and client recruitment methodology, policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.
- Provide guidance, consultancy, and training related to the client's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
