As a Research Assistant, you will support the organization and management of research projects. This includes contributing to the development of study protocols, reports, and data collection methods; coordinating and attending project meetings; and traveling to client sites as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and conducting research studies in compliance with protocols.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards throughout the research process.

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a contract until Mar 2026. This role provides hybrid working access in Leeds (3 days a week).
