Your new company is a renowned non-profit organisation in Leeds seeking a driven and ambitious Contract Manager to join the team and strategically manage the life cycle of the company's IT contracts. Please note that this role is 4 days per week (28 hour contract), with 2 days required in the office each week.
Your new role involves managing the end-to-end contract management life cycle process, including contract renewals, variations, and contract terminations. You will be the main interface between the organisation and its technology / ICT suppliers, playing a crucial role in managing key relationships within the supply chain. You will manage supplier performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs and work to address any potential issues that arise. The Contracts Manager will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal, providing contractual and commercial advice to support procurement activities. You will take the lead on supplier review meetings and proactively manage relationships with vendors.

- A proven background in managing IT / ICT contracts within a public sector, not-for-profit, or highly regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong supplier relationship management skills
- Confident negotiator with good influencing skills
- Experience of managing supplier performance against contractual obligations

- Salary of £38,700 - £40,000 depending on experience, with annual pay reviews
