Hays Non-Qualified Finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate opportunity with a well-established organisation based in Swansea. This role reports into a Management Accountant and plays a key part in supporting the financial performance of a busy operational environment. It offers excellent exposure across core finance activities, with the opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and wider business improvement initiatives.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Supporting daily financial reporting and performance analysis, including costs, efficiency, and key operational metrics
  • Assisting with costing and financial analysis, maintaining accurate records and supporting insight generation
  • Contributing to month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with wider business teams
  • Carrying out margin and variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support planning and financial decision-making
  • Supporting process improvements and finance-related projects as you develop within the role

This position would suit a finance graduate who is analytical, organised, and keen to build a long-term career in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Finance (or similar) is required, along with a willingness to study towards CIMA or ACCA - with a full study support package provided.

Location: Swansea (full on-site)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Full-time
