About the role
As a Commissions Analyst, you will be responsible for calculations and analysis of the commission scheme performance, ensuring the integrity of commissions payments. You will also be supporting regular reviews of the entire scheme, incorporating sales performance analysis, cost appraisal and evolving business needs.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inputs that ensure correct systems updates and payments for commission calculations
- Ensure integrity of feeds from different data sources in a timely manner with a focus on accuracy for commission payment purposes
- Complete commissions calculations as necessary, recognising a need to adapt calculations depending on scheme applicable
- Facilitate the payment of commission schemes, including the incorporation of any changes to commission schemes
- Resolve any commission scheme queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform routine reviews of commissions performance, including reviews of performance outliers
The must haves:
- Experience working with commission, incentive, payroll, finance, or sales performance data.
- Ability to communicate and manage relationships with key sales and operational teams
- Proficient in Excel, ability to analyse large datasets, use formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy when processing commission calculations.
- Able to handle and interpret queries effectively, providing timely responses and applying company policies.
