This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of contract operations across key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring effective contract administration while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the contract team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all contract documentation is up-to-date
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records
- Obtain pricing and assist with the preparation of quotations as required
- Collate and produce management information, including monthly reports, KPIs
- Administer holiday, overtime, and related approvals
- Attend contract meetings where required and complete follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
