You will be joining a well-established, small general practice firm that provides a full suite of accountancy services, including accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT, payroll, and corporate finance. The firm supports a diverse client base of around 300 businesses, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across varied industries. With two directors and a close-knit team, the firm prides itself on offering personalised service and fostering professional growth. They are an authorised training provider for ACA, ACCA, and AAT qualifications and run a Management Development Programme to accelerate career progression.
As a Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. You will oversee workflow planning, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice development initiatives. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to step into management and develop leadership skills. You will work closely with the directors and other managers, gaining exposure to senior responsibilities and strategic decision-making.
What You Will Need to Succeed
