Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Legal Cashier to join their busy Accounts team in Bradford City Centre. Their clientele ranges from individual entrepreneurs to small family businesses and some of the UK's most successful companies and well-known brands.
Your new role includes:
- Banks Recs & out-of-date Cheques
- Posting electronic & manual receipts
- Checking & inputting CHAPS
- Processing Credit Card payments
- Checking & posting Bills
- Ensuring transactions comply with SAW
- Input Purchase Ledger details on Partner
- Staff Expenses
- Petty cash payments and reconciliations
- Fee earner queries
- General Admin
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAR, in a recent role
- Partner case management system would be beneficial
- Excel knowledge
- Internet banking system knowledge
What you’ll get in return:
