Hays is supporting a Bournemouth-based professional services organisation seeking a Part-Time Head of Finance to provide high-level financial governance, leadership and mentoring across their finance function.

This position is ideal for a qualified finance professional who thrives in a hands-on yet strategic environment, offering insight, oversight and shaping the future capability of a developing finance team.

The Role

In this part-time senior finance role, you'll step into a genuinely influential position where your expertise will shape the financial future of the business. • Proven expertise in management accounts, KPI reporting and financial controls.
  • Experience reviewing PAYE/NIC, employee benefits and VAT submissions.

  • Guide and develop a committed finance team.
  • Embed best practice financial governance within a growing business.
