This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on oversight—reviewing management accounts, guiding commercial decision-making, and ensuring everything from tax compliance to operational finance runs smoothly. Day-to-day, you'll lead and mentor a capable finance team, strengthening their skills, building clear development pathways and championing smarter reporting and insight. You'll enhance the revenue cycle, oversee key systems such as Sage and Synergist, and support long-term planning through budgeting and strategic input. We are looking for a finance professional who brings:
- 5+ years' commercial finance experience within professional services.
- Strong financial controls confidence overseeing operational finance delivery.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent senior experience).
- Proven expertise in management accounts, KPI reporting and financial controls.
- Experience reviewing PAYE/NIC, employee benefits and VAT submissions.
