Your new role as an Industrial Cleaning & Steeple Jack Maintenance Operative involves working in challenging and varied environments, including confined spaces such as industrial ovens, vents, and pipework, as well as at heights. The role includes operating specialist equipment, following strict safety procedures, and working to tight deadlines to minimise downtime for clients. Expect early starts, nationwide travel, and occasional overseas projects with accommodation provided.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Highly alert and safety-focused
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home
- Desirable certifications: Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, IPAF, Industrial Cleaning
- LEV experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
