An established and respected housing provider is expanding its in-house electrical maintenance service and is seeking experienced Electricians to support repairs and compliance across Coventry, Leicestershire, Hinckley and Northampton.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that thousands of homes across the region remain safe, compliant and well-maintained. Working in both occupied and empty properties, you will:
- Carry out electrical installations, servicing and repairs
- Complete inspection & testing to regulatory standards
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
- Maintain electrical systems and domestic appliances
- Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations
You’ll be supported with the right tools, equipment and technology to deliver a first-class service.
We’re seeking skilled and reliable Electricians with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector. You will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent
- Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g., 2391/2394/ th Edition (BS 7671)
- Strong understanding of current IET Wiring Regulations
- A full UK manual driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, solution-focused approach
