We are looking for an experienced 2391 Testing Electrician to carry out electrical testing, repairs, and responsive maintenance across social housing properties. You will be working within a busy maintenance team, attending day-to-day callouts, diagnosing faults, completing EICRs, and ensuring all electrical installations meet current regulations. This will be working for a well-established social housing firm across Manchester.
- Carry out EICR testing to 2391/Inspection & Testing standards.
- Complete responsive repairs, fault finding, and remedial works within social housing properties.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Issue accurate and timely certification through handheld devices/software.
- Diagnose electrical faults quickly and deliver effective solutions.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent 2394/2395).
- Strong experience carrying out EICRs and remedial repairs in domestic settings.
- Previous work within social housing is highly beneficial.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
