Your new company is a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy delivering projects for clients across a range of sectors nationwide, looking to add to their growing team in Preston.
Your new role involves working within the Preston Quantity Surveying and Project Management team and reporting to senior management. You will manage a diverse range of projects throughout their life cycle. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing cost consultancy services
- Preparing cost plans
- Tender and contract documentation
- Administering contracts
- Assessing and negotiating variations
- Agreeing valuations and final accounts
- Representing the company at client, progress and site meetings
You will also play an active role in supporting the continued growth and development of the team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 7-10 years experience
- MRICs preferred or working towards
- Drive and determination
- Health sector experience preferred but not essential
