Your new role: As the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Business Programme Delivery Director, you will lead the delivery of a complex portfolio of programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and enterprise value frameworks. You will drive outcome-focused delivery, oversee governance and reporting, and proactively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will unblock challenges, maintain delivery momentum, and embed a culture of continuous improvement, value realisation, and high performance across teams.

What you'll need to succeed: You will bring a strong track record of leading complex digital, data, and technology programmes within large, regulated or public sector environments. You will have demonstrable experience delivering at pace, linking programme execution to business outcomes, and managing senior stakeholders up to C-suite level. Strong governance, problem-solving, and influencing skills are essential, alongside experience working with suppliers and vendors. Relevant delivery certifications (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe) and the ability to operate in ambiguity while driving measurable impact are key to success in this role.

What you'll get in return: In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will receive a more than significant salary contribution of greater than 28% of salary, and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis with 8 office-based days worked per month required from a 35-hour, 5-day week role, on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexitime is available and with this comes the opportunity to build-up and take up to 24 flexi-days per annum in addition to your 25 days annual leave.
