An established and highly respected arboricultural consultancy with over 40 years of industry expertise is looking to recruit two Arboricultural Consultants / Tree surveyors to support the continued growth of its Midlands team.

Your new role
Joining a team of experienced arboricultural professionals, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Midlands and wider UK.

Based from Dudley or Hereford with a hybrid working pattern including working from home.

The role will involve carrying out tree surveys, producing technical reports and supporting planning and development projects.

Key responsibilities include

  • Undertaking tree condition and risk surveys
  • Conducting street tree and wider arboricultural assessments
  • Supporting planning applications and development projects
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality technical outputs
  • Contributing to innovative consultancy projects and research initiatives
  • Support the completion of BS5837 surveys and reports
  • What you'll need to succeed
    To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proven arboricultural surveying experience
  • Experience undertaking tree surveys and inspections
  • Knowledge of BS5837 surveys and reporting
  • QTRA experience - or similar
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong report-writing and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for arboriculture and professional development
