Your new role As Delivery focused Tax Advisory Director, you'll provide strategic, commercially focused tax advice across a varied client portfolio. Working closely with Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, you'll lead on:
- Corporate transactions (M&A, restructurings, joint ventures)
- Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses
- Employee incentives and share schemes
- Property tax matters
You'll also build strong client relationships, liaise with HMRC and play a key role in developing the team. With less emphasis on business development, you will enjoy more time to focus on providing tax advice to the clients.
