Your new role: As a Senior Engineer within the Structures team, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical outputs across a range of highway and infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery to meet client requirements, programme and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver design and engineering for highway structures schemes
  • Act as Lead Designer on projects
  • Manage technical outputs to meet programme and budget
  • Carry out and check design deliverables
  • Support bids and proposals
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What you'll need to succeed: Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, Chartered or working towards (MICE/MIStructE or similar), Strong experience in highway structures design and assessment (UK standards, Eurocodes), Experience with relevant design software, Ability to work independently and lead project delivery, Design & build project experience.
