As a Project Support, you will be managing a portfolio of services, acting like a mini project manager for each one. You will validate data, investigate service ownership, contract business customers, coordinate service migrations, liaise with engineers, service managers and account managers. The role combines administration, coordination and project ownership from start to finish.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across customers, engineers and account managers.
- Excellent attention to detail especially within validating data and maintaining accurate system records.
- A daily pay rate of £149.65 a day PAYE or £192.00 a day through Umbrella (inside IR35).
This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Birmingham (3 days a week onsite).
