Your new company: You'll be joining a highly respected Procurement function that has high levels of executive support and stakeholder engagement in a highly successful, growing global organisation.

Your new role: As Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic procurement activity across the FM and Property category. You will shape and deliver a long-term category strategy that aligns with business priorities, ESG commitments, and supplier diversity objectives. Key areas of focus pertain to:

  • Leading complex, high-value procurement activity, including tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals;
  • Embedding ESG priorities and supplier diversity principles into all sourcing activity;
  • Coaching and advising senior stakeholders and sharing market intelligence;
  • Enhancing contract management and strengthening supplier relationship management;
  • Supporting the Procurement Director in driving best practice across the function.

What you'll need to succeed: You will have demonstrable strategic procurement experience with proven experience of managing a FM/Property category. With strong experience of category management and supplier relationship management methodologies, you will have a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. With highly developed communication and influencing skills, you will have a self-motivated and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
