About the role
As a Pre-Works Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all permits, notices, traffic management arrangements and scheduling activities are in place before works are carried out. This would include allocating jobs, rescheduling works, monitoring work queues to ensure jobs are completed.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Team please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
The must haves:
- Previous highway, utilities, street works, construction or maintenance planning experience
- Understanding of street works or network coordination
- Experience with permits to work, traffic management or street works noticing
- Experience scheduling field-based operatives
- Proficiency in Excel and general Microsoft Office Skills.
- Confident using different IT systems
- Attention to detail
- Able to review job information and identify missing information and issues.

- A hourly pay rate of £13.45 PAYE or £17.93 through Umbrella (inside IR35)
- This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Birmingham (5 days onsite).
