We are recruiting an experienced Head of HR to provide strategic leadership across a large directorate, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500β3,000 employees. This role will play a key part in driving people strategy, transformation, and organisational effectiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Lead and deliver HR strategy aligned to business and organisational priorities.

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insight.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance and employment law.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role in a large, complex organisation.
