We are recruiting an experienced Head of HR to provide strategic leadership across a large directorate, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500–3,000 employees. This role will play a key part in driving people strategy, transformation, and organisational effectiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
