We are recruiting a number of interim Graduate Support Officers to join a major ERP implementation programme for a large organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in HR, IT or Finance to gain hands-on experience working on a high-profile, large-scale transformation programme.
The Opportunity
You will be part of a multidisciplinary programme team supporting the delivery of a new ERP system. Working closely with subject-matter experts, project managers and operational teams, you will be involved in supporting the successful implementation and embedding of the new system across the organisation.
About You
- Are recent graduates (or equivalent) in HR, IT, Finance or a related discipline
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Are confident working with data, systems and Excel
- Communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
- Are proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
- Are available to work full-time (5 days per week) from the Birmingham City Centre office.
Previous ERP experience is not required — full training and support will be provided.
