Your new role
As an Employment Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director, you’ll play a key role within a highly respected national employer solutions team. Working alongside a network of specialists, you’ll advise a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from large corporates to fast-growing businesses.
You’ll be delivering practical, high-quality employment tax solutions across areas such as risk and governance, off-payroll working, and employee reward. Alongside client delivery, you’ll help shape the team by mentoring and developing colleagues, contributing to a culture built on collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in employment tax, ideally with exposure to global mobility
- CTA qualification (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle complex advisory work
- A collaborative approach with a passion for developing others
- Confidence in leading, coaching and building high-performing teams
