We are working with a well-established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy that has recently expanded into the West Midlands. Their Building Services division delivers high-quality, sustainable solutions across sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and industrial. They offer full MEP design and consultancy services, with a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction.

Our client is seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join their Building Services team. This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone ready to take ownership of projects and lead electrical design delivery within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring technical excellence across all stages of design.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in electrical building services design, ideally 8 years, with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Amtech, Dialux, Revit, and AutoCAD.
